Company Becomes the First Integrated Pre-hire Assessment Partner for Workday

The expanded partnership will build upon the existing integration between CEB's Talent Assessments and Workday Recruiting, enabling joint customers to further enhance the candidate assessment experience and improve the overall quality of hire. CEB is the first and currently only Workday partner to offer these streamlined assessment capabilities.

With the integration between CEB Talent Assessments and Workday Recruiting, customers are able to automatically invite candidates to participate in an online assessment process. Once the assessment is completed, results are immediately available for recruiters in Workday alongside other relevant information that provides a holistic view of the candidate and equips companies to make informed hiring decisions more quickly.

In addition to these existing capabilities, the expanded partnership and integration will aim to enable customers to automate delivery of assessment invitations to candidates immediately upon completion of an application. This will help improve candidate engagement and increase the likelihood of completion while giving employers the data they need to further improve confidence in the hiring process.
