Corporate Executive Board Expands Middle Market Programs to Europe

WASHINGTON & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2007--The Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD) announces the expansion of its middle market company memberships to include Human Resources and Finance executives in Europe. Through two programs - the HR Executive Forum and the Finance Leadership Exchange - European organizations with between US$ 100 million and US$ 750 million in revenues will have access to best practice research, benchmarking tools, accredited teleconferences, peer groups, and customizable tools and templates that are vital to the activities and processes of mid-market finance and HR executives.

"We are excited to begin serving middle market executives in Europe and believe -- as has proven true in our successful service to middle market executives in North America and at large companies globally - by leveraging the insights and proven solutions of peers, executives can be more effective in their jobs and create more value for their organizations," said Tom Monahan, CEO of the Corporate Executive Board. Companies pay an annual membership fee to gain unlimited access to a suite of timesaving resources and to connect with executives in their function.

First launched in the United States in 2006, the CEB programs for middle market companies were created to meet the needs of mid-sized company executives who often face aggressive business goals with very limited resources. These programs now include more than 800 organizations and 8,000 business professionals.

During the winter of 2007, The HR Executive Forum will be presenting best practice research, resources and teleconferences on topics ranging from attracting critical talent in Europe, succession management, and talent management benchmarks across European companies. The Finance Leadership Exchange will offer middle market CFOs shared experience and insights regarding managing Mergers and Acquisitions, planning for growth funding, and reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
